How about half a kilo a day?
 
The Finnish Horticultural Products Society (Kotimaiset Kasvikset ry) has a great campaign going.
 
How to get half a kilo a day? Here are some examples:
* 1 apple or banana (500 grams)
* 2 dl (60 grams) of salad
* 1 dl (60 grams) of tomato
* 1 dl (60 grams) of corn, olive and onion
* 1 dl (50 grams) of grated carrot
* 1 dl (60 grams) of ripe vegetables (i.e cucumber)
* 1 dl (50-60 grams) of berries
* 1 dl (50 grams) of cubed vegetables or fruit
 
If you pack this punch into your day, it is quite easy to meet the standard of "Half a Kilo a day"
